Compassionate one-on-one sessions for anyone processing grief — from the death of a loved one, relationship endings, life transitions, or any significant loss. Using craniosacral therapy, somatic bodywork, energy work, and compassionate listening, these sessions help release grief held in the body and support emotional integration.
